THE MAKING

The work before the finished piece.

From trial stitching on cut fabric to a finished sukajan: a glimpse of custom production.

TRIAL STITCH / 試し打ち

The first stitches,
on the fabric.

For a special commission, trial embroidery is worked onto cut fabric. These samples show the fabric and thread before they become a finished jacket.

These are production samples, not photographs of finished stock.

FROM THE WORKROOM / 6 SAMPLES

ONE PIECE, MANY HANDS

Many hands make one piece.

Custom work involves coordination with embroiderers, fabric suppliers and garment makers. The process and time required differ from project to project.

To give each customer the care they deserve, we discuss what we can take on and when, one request at a time.

About a custom commission

ONE JACKET. ONE CONVERSATION.

Let a jacket start a conversation.

Ask about a piece, its fit, or a custom idea. You do not need to have everything decided.
